Update to Privacy Shield: As the result of the decision of the European Court in July 2020 in the Schrems II case which affected the use of Privacy Shield, Argus Of Boston will ensure that transfers of data from the UK/EEA to the USA will be covered by Standard Contract Clauses as approved by the European Commission or such other guidance issued by the ICO following the UK’s withdrawal from the EU.
